Lakshmi Ramgopal and Adele Nicholas are Love and Radiation; they create guitar-driven laptop pop. Love and Radiation blends dance-influenced electronic beats, distorted guitars and pretty vocal melodies into songs that strike a balance between synthpop and rock 'n' roll. Lakshmi and Adele have been playing music together since they met in college at a Festivus party. Past projects were art punk band The Catatonics, and Rod Blagojevich and the ChiCAgirls, a pre-indictment Blago tribute band.
