Open Forum Project, a Chicago-based free-improvising ensemble, is a vessel for musical collaboration and experimentation with a rotating cast of members. For their Transistor set, O.F.P. will feature its leader Chris Weller on tenor saxophone, Dave Miller on guitar, and Tim Daisy on percussion and perform improvised music inspired by some of Weller’s original melodies.
